Dear Team Silverado,
Thank you for the pictures of us picking up our new trailer last Friday!! They are great!....
Also, many thanks to all of you for building us the trailer of our dreams!!!! We will love and enjoy it for many years to come! It is more beautiful than we even imagined it could be. It may not be the biggest and fanciest you have ever built, but we think it is the prettiest!!
You were always there with answers to our questions or anything else that we needed.
We will not forget that!
Looking forward to taking it out for it's maiden voyage with horses on this Tuesday!
Best regards,
Dan and Vicki

Hi Kirk,
I just spoke with Mike about sending me parts that I need for my 3-horse Deluxe Showman (slant load) with large dressing room. What a nice man you have working for you. Very professional but with enough personality to come through. This is just to confirm my parts size and my address for him, so please pass on. The trailer ID last four #'s is ####, and the series or model # is D7721.5GN: It is a 2002 3-horse Silverado Deluxe Showman.
The step to enter dressing room is 45" (the door is a 36") and the bumper is approximately 70" and I also need the little triangle piece in the front as it too was ripped off the trailer. Mike quoted about $165, plus shipping. He said the parts would get shipped on Friday July 30th.
I love this trailer and tell everyone to look at Silverado’s before anything else! It is priceless to have the secure feeling of hauling your horses in this well-built trailer.
I had another brand 2001 model that I felt my horses were scared in because the walls were not built well.
Thank both you and Mike again!

I had been thinking about buying a new horse trailer for a couple of years. When it became apparent that my rather finicky mare no longer wanted to haul in my 23 year-old trailer, I began the search for a new one. I researched horse trailers on the Internet and checked out every dealership within a 50-mile radius of my home. I knew I wanted a top- notch trailer with several amenities, and of course it had to fit my budget.
Nothing I looked at fit the bill until I saw the Silverado Cascade at the Albany Horse Expo.
The Cascade had everything I was looking for and more. The Silverado Team discussed our needs with us and made several suggestions that would make the trailer even more serviceable for our situation. I love that there is no middleman and that every trailer is built to the buyer's specifications.
After we ordered our trailer we took a factory tour. It was fascinating to see the trailers being built. The teamwork and pride that go into building these trailers was obvious.
I truly appreciate Silverado's professional “can do“ attitude. Someone was always readily available by phone or email to answer questions and fill us in on our trailer's progress. The numerous changes we made during the construction of the trailer were readily and efficiently dealt with. By the time we picked up our trailer, my husband and I felt like we were a part of the Silverado “family”.
We have had our Cascade for 3 months now and all I can say is we LOVE it! It hauls like a dream, the horses are comfortable in it, and the tack room is fabulous. We have taken it horse camping twice and found it totally user friendly.
My husband and I are totally satisfied with our experience with the Silverado team. If we ever need another trailer, (which I doubt, unless we go for a living quarter), we will return to Silverado. It has been a total pleasure dealing with professionals who take pride in their product and build such a quality trailer.
Thank you Silverado team. Keep up the good work.

Hi all, The trailer is wonderful, we left early Thursday morning for Monroe, Wa, and it pulled great: it was also pretty easy on the eyes. I just have to get used to the turning radius. Shawn and Stephanie liked it as well, I guess that Steph and her mother are coming down to order a new trailer.
We had the ability to hook up to electric, and that was wonderful. We have a small refridge that my daughter used in college and we put that in there and it rode just great. I am making a list of some things I want to have done to the trailer, so as soon as I get everything listed I will send it to you to get some prices.
Again thanks for hanging in there and giving me the chance to own this wonderful trailer. I went yesterday and ordered a new mattress for it. Sleeping on that metal is not soft. Our air mattress went flat on us, so I told my daughter that was that: I was getting a regular mattress.
I have been having a great time showing it off to every one.
Again thanks.
A Very Happy Owner :-)

Hi Gang,
Last night, after the birthday party at a restaurant, all of us "horsey folks" went out to see the new trailer/camper. I must say I was almost in shock! Everyone was in awe of it, like me.
Your team does such a spectacular job of construction and it looks so wonderful. This is especially sweet for me since I've never had anything BRAND NEW. I guess it's about time, since I'm almost ready to retire! It will be the last camper/trailer we'll need for our retirement.
Ron couldn't say enough about everyone he met on your team there! You all are to be commended and be very proud of your product and service.
Many thanks to you all!
Hugs and smooches!

Dear Silverado Trailers Team,
As a horsemanship instructor and trainer, I was looking for a trailer that offered the very best in safety and comfort for horses, a trailer that was designed with the wellbeing of the horse first in mind. I use a trailer constantly in my work, transporting all kinds of horses and teaching workshops; it is important to me that the horses travel with comfort and are not stressed or worn out from transport.
After extensive research, I found that no other trailer manufacturer came close to what Silverado offered in a trailer.
The Team at Silverado Trailers were beyond exceptional to work with in designing and building my custom three horse Deluxe Showman gooseneck. They worked out all of the details and features that other manufacturers said they couldn‘t do, and made whatever changes needed in the process of designing the trailer. The trailer has been simply outstanding in all ways: the horses are comfortable (including my 17.3 hand thoroughbred, Drum), the trailer is very user-friendly, extremely well-built, it handles well with my truck, and you couldn‘t find a nicer looking trailer. I hadn‘t even made it home before people were stopping to ask where I‘d found such an exceptional trailer. I can‘t say enough positive things about Silverado Trailers, and would highly recommend them to horse owners looking for the best for their horses (they deserve it!).
Thank you again to all the Silverado Team, for making the very finest horse trailers around. All the horses that will ride in this trailer will thank you also.
Sincerely,

Hi guys, I want to first thank everyone for the excellent service we got on our new Silverado trailer. I know that it's the smallest L/Q Rick has ever squeezed in! Nevertheless, he got all the good stuff in, with more cabinet space than I believed possible.
Also thanks to your cabinet lady!
The woodwork is just too nice for a trailer!
Dick says it pulls the same whether full or empty. And that is a good thing!
We will give it a really good test this late spring and summer on forest service roads.
Sincerely,
Betty Bloom
